img_profilePeter M. Leschner maintains offices in New York and New Jersey. Prior to forming The Law Offices of Peter M. Leschner, Mr. Leschner was Of Counsel at Cozen O’Connor and a Partner at Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding, where he practiced real estate and corporate law. Earlier in his career, he practiced for eight years with the real estate firm of Dreyer and Traub.

In Mr. Leschner’s real estate and corporate practice, he has negotiated and drafted significant real estate purchase and sale agreements; commercial leases (offices, stores, shopping centers); condominium offering plans; limited liability company operating agreements; partnership agreements; joint venture agreements; management agreements; a mortgage-backed S-1 bond offering; stock and asset purchase agreements; shareholders’ agreements; various corporate agreements; employment agreements; and limited partnership agreements. His finance experience includes the preparation of private placement memoranda and related documents for real estate syndication and research and development limited partnerships. In addition, he has prepared complex commercial loan documentation for institutional lenders. He has also represented borrowers in numerous loan transactions.

Mr. Leschner earned a B.A. degree cum laude from Colby College, a J.D. degree magna cum laude from the New England School of Law (where he was a member and lead articles editor of the New England Law Review), and an L.L.M. in Corporate Law from New York University.

Mr. Leschner is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
